Wholesale Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview


Welcome to Gilead's Essence Botanical's Refund Policy Page.

 

Due to the nature of bulk purchasing, all wholesale orders are considered final. Returns or refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled items. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or overstock.

2. Damaged or Defective Goods
